Runna Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how users can disconnect third-party access and request deletion of data held by Runna.

1. Request deletion from Runna

Runna is a product of BuildSavanna. BuildSavanna processes deletion requests for the Runna service.

To request deletion of your Runna account data, email runna-support@iswellmade.com from the email address associated with your Runna account, or include enough information for us to verify your identity, such as your account email and WhatsApp phone number.

Use the subject line "Runna data deletion request". We may ask for additional verification before acting on the request. After verification, we will delete or anonymize personal information that is no longer needed, unless retention is required for legal, security, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, audit, or dispute-resolution reasons.

2. Disconnect Google access

If you signed in with Google or connected a Google integration, you can revoke Runna access from Google:

  1. Open your Google Account.
  2. Go to Security.
  3. Open Third-party apps and services.
  4. Select Runna.
  5. Choose the option to remove or revoke access.

Revoking access stops future Google API access. To delete data already held by Runna, also send a deletion request using the instructions above.

3. Disconnect Meta, Facebook, or Instagram access

If you connected a Meta, Facebook, or Instagram account to Runna, you can remove app access from Meta:

  1. Open Facebook or Instagram settings.
  2. Go to Apps and Websites, Business Integrations, or the connected apps area shown by Meta.
  3. Select Runna.
  4. Choose Remove, Disconnect, or Revoke access.

Meta may notify Runna of the removal where the integration supports that flow. You can also email us directly to request deletion of data associated with your Meta account.

4. WhatsApp messages and phone numbers

To stop WhatsApp messages, reply with the available opt-out instruction or contact Runna support. To request deletion of WhatsApp-related data held by Runna, email support with your WhatsApp phone number in international format so we can verify and locate the records.

5. What we delete

  • Account profile data that is no longer needed.
  • Saved searches, bounty requests, listing notes, watchlists, and user-submitted listing content where deletion is required and technically possible.
  • OAuth tokens and connected account records that are no longer needed.
  • WhatsApp or support identifiers that are not required for security, audit, dispute, or legal obligations.

6. What may be retained

We may retain limited records where necessary for legal compliance, billing and tax obligations, security, fraud prevention, audit logs, dispute handling, backup integrity, or enforcement of our terms. Retained records are limited to what is necessary for those purposes.

7. Timing

We aim to acknowledge deletion requests within a reasonable period and complete verified requests within 30 days unless the request is complex, legally restricted, or requires additional verification. Backup copies may take longer to expire through normal backup rotation.
